Grey be Gone!

How refreshing it is to present a warm and inviting home decorated by a true artist with a flair for color and style!

OK, so we know we’re meant to “neutralize” and beige turned to gray over the last few years and it clings to life with a few brave stagers battling to infuse COLOR into the picture!

Nirvana in the Oakland Hills!

Many of us who have lived in Oakland for a long time continue to be amazed at this special place on earth!

East Coast Charm- West Coast Sun in the Oakland Hills!

Local Realtors know neighborhoods and then they also know desirable “pockets”  between the more well defined areas.

In the charts here we compare 3rd quarters only and divide the market into above and below $800K.
The lower and upper ends of the market frequently adjust differently.
